There may be some places I have forgotten to add, but this is the majority of places.
Nature visits
Below is a map of all the places my hobby of wildlife photography has taken me since summer 2022. There are many places that I wouldn't have visited otherwise, whether that be a hidden gem of a nature reserve or a Tesco car park that has had a desirable bird turn up. I'll be attempting to keep this map up to date as I visit new places.
The places are split into a few categories:
RSPB, Wildlife Trust and National Nature Reserves are all managed by the corresponding organisation, there is some overlap in this as multiple reserves are managed by more than one organisation.
Nature reserves & parks are other reserves, often local ones and a mix of parks.
Other places includes everything from JET garages to small cul-de-sacs, anything that wasn't a designated one from above.
Foreign holidays is for locations visited whilst on holiday, not always a specific birding trip, more often than not during a family holiday.Â
